Snapdeal.com — Did not get the product what i ordered.

I purchase the product which Order no. is [protected]. I found different Brand and different pattern product. when i did as replacement procedure it showing Status: Pickup failed. Please reschedule. and there is no snap deal guy picking up my product for replacement. i tried many times. please resolve my problem.
