Snapdeal.com — Did not got my replacement or refund

I have ordered a orpat room heater, my order no is [protected]. I got a damaged product so I request to cancel my order but they automatically placed a order for replacement. I am waiting from 7 days and they did not replaced or refund my amount. I have contacted them many times but their customer support is too bad. I want my refund asap. Olease help me
