I have already once filed a complaint against my issue but yet not i have received my money. Its the height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour shown by your company. For the past 2 months i have suffered alot because of you people. I have placed an order of fastrack women's watch on 2nd of august and pay through debit card but then due to some reasons i have canceled the order on 3rd of august but still i haven't received the refund. I have my bank statement which is attached to this description. Please look into my problem and refund my money within a week otherwise i will go to court as i have suffered alot due to this. And i also visited my home branch (Sbi) many times regarding this issue but there is no problem because of their gateway. I have highlighted the debit transaction in my passbook entry attached to the description.
