[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — didn't get my refund yet. | |||
I have ordered a trackpant from snapdeal. But it is short for me. I have requested for refund and the courier boy from snapdeal has picked the parcel on 27th april 2019 and today the date is 3 may 2019 but still nothing has happened. There is no progress in the return request. My trackpant has beed picked up and also i did't got my money back. And you guys are playing with my patience now. Reference no[protected] Order id - [protected] Please, do refund the amount as snapdeal is one of the big online shopping sites. Otherwise i will file a complaint in the consumer court for the same. Because i have already mailed you regarding the same but nothing has happened till now. I have twitter and consumer court both if i did'nt get my money back. Refund the amount asap.
