[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Different product sent and cheated with warranty | |||||
Bought a phone from snapdeal. Ordered a white phone but got delivered a blue phone and a defected one also. I returned it but the sent it back coz they said the brand pack is not there. I asked the customer executive before receive the product that if it has again those defects what should i do? They said we will help u and will take it back. Today i visited the service center and they said the warranty has gone from march. But in the product page while i am buying it has mentioned there that it has 3 months brand warranty. Now the snapdeal is denying to return back the product and service center is also denying as it is out of warranty. Snap deal cheated me and my money has got stucked. i order this item, and i received but some part is missing razor pack is also opened. i raised complained for missing parts, packets are damaged so i need refund for that item. im surely unhappy for that item sir, i am the regular customer for our snapdeal products. my friends group circle and myself are always looking this snapdeal site and many items are purchased. tou are not providing refund i cant believe this site in my friend circle also. please provide the refund or otherwise i need to go consumer court
