On 6th October 2014 I purchased a Micromax 32T2820HD 32 Inch HD Ready LED Television on Snapdeal Diwali
Sale Order ID - [protected], after purchase received confirmation mail
and message on 7th October 2014 that order is confirmed and product is
ready and will be shipped within 48 hours, 3 days later on 10th October
again got a message that dispatch delayed due to issues at Courier end
and resolution would be done within 48 hours. On 15th Oct 2014 I sent a
mail to snapdeal that “MICROMAX 32T2820HD 32 INCH TV ordered by me on 6th October has still not dispatched, confirm shipment and delivery date”. There was no response to my mail. Today on 18th October I received a mail from Snapdeal stating “This email is regarding your Order no [protected]. You
are receiving this notification because one or more items in your order
have been cancelled due to non-availability of stock with our seller.
We, at Snapdeal, deeply regret the inconvenience caused to a valued customer like you, and extend our heartfelt apologies.”When the product was ready for dispatch on 7th how it can be cancelled for non-availability of stock.Due to order placed on them I have lost out on any chance to buy discounted product on any other sites Was this information helpful? |
