Following are my 2 mails to snapdeal
They have not bothered to do anything about this
I received a call from your delivery executive for hairband delivery. At first he started asking the delivery time, after i replied he asked my age which i thought was very wierd. He went on to make lewd remarks and inappropriate conversation which ranged from commenting on my whatsapp dp and then saying i have all your details, address phone number etc.

Despite me hanging up he called me several times. I answered the call and threatened him to complain after which he said he has some coupons from snap deal to give you that's why he was calling me so many times. And then went on to make cheap comments and his tone indicated that he may have been drunk. I told him i am not interested to receive any coupon and hung up.

But he didn't stop calling me, called me about 10 times and despite cutting his call he would still call. I went on to block his number.

I have attached a pic of my call log. Which indicates missed calls, 2 answered calls and free cut calls.

I don't understand, how can you work with such unprofessional and mentally unstable people. I have 2 kids in my house and my biggest worry now is if such a person comes to my house he may be a risk to my family. The watch man wouldn't stop him as he has a delivery. Besides being insulted and teased over the phone i also have to suddenly worry about mine and my kids safety all because i decided to order from snapdeal!!!

Please let me know how you are going to handle this!

I had complained to you about misuse of my details after placing my order.

60398712 was my complaint number

despite such a serious complaint and safety issue nobody has bought that getting back in touch with me.

The fact that you haven't even bothered to respond to me shows how lightly you take your customers privacy and safety of identity and details.

I intend to take this matter for the going to even go to a consumer court soon

I am now getting constant calls from different numbers stating my last order number from snapdeal and telling me that i have won some car in a lucky draw and harassing me for some registration payment. I constantly recieve messages for the same too

I have attached a picture of the one such message

They have my details and order number and product detail which only snapdeal could have known. Clearly your company or one of your agencies is doing this.

And you as a company don't care enough to even respond!!!
