My sincere request to all online buyers, please don’t be victim of SNAPDEAL, this company has no policy for their customer, it’s my personal experience, I have ordered multiple items this Diwali, most of the items delivered were either old or broken(so many complaints are registered), even after contacting several time no result so far, another interesting experience is I have been waiting for an item to deliver from last 2 months, it was scheduled to deliver on last week of October (

) after multiple efforts they said order is on the way and will be reaching in few days (however they didn’t mention what they actually mean by 'few' days) meanwhile delivery date got changed from last week of October to first week of November automatically, .while asked they said you will be getting the order on first week, while contacted after first week they don’t have any answer as well, even they said I can’t cancel the product, now it’s already two months to my booking date and my 20000 has been stuckd, , I will never repeat this mistake again and sincere request be aware of these cheaters SNAPDEAL Was this information helpful? |
