I ordered a hp battery which i anticipated as a duplicate one after the delivery. Before purchasing the product, before its delivery, i requested snapdeal to mention unique product no/ct no/sl no to overcome service difficulty by hp. As per hp, every product unique traceable details must be mentioned in the invoice if purchased from non-hp related stores.
Snapdeal advised me to receive the product first, after that to send them the product image details, so that they will issue a revised invoice bearing the details i am asking for. The same can be verified from the recorded voice calls. Now after all such exercise, snapdeal disowns the product image i have sent as one of their seller's product. Hence they say that my product is not the same what has been sent by snapdeal.
I was informed such by one of your escalation team members named aisha over telephone and encouraged me to exercise my legal rights. So i was forced to take necessary steps one by one.
Now kindly advice me what to do. Verify all the e-mails exchanged (Pre-purchase, pre-delivery and post-delivery), verify the recorded voice calls, verify the video footage of the packed product. You can definitely get to know my concern.
I am privileged to experience your customer service. I have kept all my records carefully to overcome this difficulty. Although its a matter 0f 2000 rupees, but the facts must be verified and justice must be delivered. If you are unable to provide me service, then kindly process the refund.
