Dear team, We had ordered Edo sofa cum bed on Nov 11 from snapdeal and it was delivered on Dec 10. Order No is [protected]. The sofa has been made using very low quality material; the legs came off in 3 days, and our carpenter told us that the legs are made of tin. Sofa legs made out of TIN that too poor quality tin that twisted and broke after 3 days o[censored]sage. The fabric has been secured using the staple pins and the staple pins are visible from every corner of sofa. The sofa makes a screeching sound as more than 1 person sits on it. Please look into this matter. This is absolutely not what we expect the online company to deliver us just because we did not have an option of seeing the product beforehand; We had prepaid for this and could not even refuse to take this from the delivery guys.
