[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Empty box/product is missing | |||||
I have ordered Ray ban sunglasses (Order ID: [protected]). I never faced such situation where I have paid 6500 for sunglasses and Snapdeal sent me empty box. I have made puchases of 50000 from Snapdeal but it is the 1st time I faced such kind of issue. I have lodged my complaint and hope for resolution. It's been 7 days and I am getting only response is "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. We are working on your query. We assure you that we will respond to you as soon as we have a resolution."
Can you please tell me how much time it takes to resolve. I have been promised maximum 7 days but I don't think snapdeal is seriously taking this, I have spent my money and I want it back. I have already waited so long so I am not in mood of waiting further. Respond ASAP.
