Snapdeal deceive me. I have purchased an new Epson printer from Snapdeal with order id :[protected].
Epson Serial No:UEAK017263
I unbox it and tried to register that product to Epson India but while checking I noticed that product is already registered . I called Epson india and confirmed that that product already registered in the month of October 2016 19th . I got deliver this product today which is 8 December 2016. Mean it is clearly shows that Snapdeal sold unused product as they resold that product again . I have paid full amount and my EMI has been started .
When I called snapdeal They simply said that do you want to return or replace. How simple it.
I want an brand new product but I will not return this product without giving me new product and I want all details why you resold this product.
I want an claim of Ra.14079.

Updated by Ankurb123 I asked them the reason but they don't have any answer . They just said you want refund or return . And I asked him why you resold it they said we will refund you .as we will pickup item check and then refund . How ridiculous is this mean when they send used product they didn't check but when they will pickup then they will check .
I want immediate action on this.
