Snapdeal.com — Failure to give refund despite correct account details | |||||
Ordered fly king gas stove for 1865 rupees. Cash on delivery. Product arrived but parts were missing. Product returned and we requested a replacement but out of stock. Offered refund back into bank account, correct details given but unable to process due to problems. Several phone calls still refund is awaited. Asked to give an alternative gas stove brand - refused. Snap deal refused to give refund in cash in view of difficulties processing it through bank account. Supervisors are unhelpful and they suggested I contacted consumer forum to resolve issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
