[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake perfumes received | |||||
I placed an order for 2 x chanel no 5, 1 x chanel coco mademoiselle and 1 x hugo boss red perfumes on the 9th of january 2018. On the 14th of january totaling to rs 7184. The items were purchased in 3 separate orders. The items were received by me, and were found to be fake, of extremely low quality. Snapdeal has a 0 returns policy on perfumes, but has a guarantee that the items are genuine. This has proven to be false - the perfumes were but cheap imitations and not genuine. I am unable to return the products due to the 0 returns policy on perfumes, and there is no option to speak to their customer care by phone. What will be the recourse offered?
