[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake product/ duplicate product | |||||
I have purchased a nike shoe (Model air max 2017 multicolour) on snapdeals online website. The shoe was delivered to me in a standard packaging box. On opening the packaging and inspecting the product i believed the product to be of an inferior quality. I took the product to the nike showroom in colaba and they confirmed that this product is fake/duplicate. I have sent repeated mails to snapdeal requesting that they exchange this duplicate product with an original one. Through their reply they are demanding that i accept a refund in place of an exchange. I have paid for an original nike shoe and i refuse a refund.
