[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake product received (scientific calculator) | |||||
I ordered casio fx 991 es plus and received a duplicate copy inside packet similar in look but without any special functions. On box made in thailand was mentioned ob calculator there was a sticker of made in malaysia. Even invoice was not there in package. Looks like a ploy to cheat customers who are not aware of all functions. Please help me in replacing it with a genuine one. As return and refund are not a solution they are unnecessary troubles for a customer placing faith in e shopping platforms. Was this information helpful? | |||||
