[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake product supplied and did not received refund | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased rayban sunglasses over snapdeal on 27th march 2019 for rs.531. The item was received on 1st april 2019 which was found to be fake hence applied for refund. Order no.[protected] Th item was picked up from my place on 2nd april 2019 and from that time there is no update from snap deal. I am not able to reach customer care as there is no option to speak with their executive. And when send an email they are not responding. Please help as this miss selling and refund not credited to my account and nobody is listen or reverted back to me with resolution.
