[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — False delivery status

I ordered a mobile phone, Samsung J2 pro and the expected delivery date given was 29th Aug 2016 but I have not received the order yet and the site shows delivery successful. I also mailed a complaint from the customer care service provided on the site and got a mail which stated that I will get the reply within 24 hrs. But haven't received any reply yet. I don't think you are really working on my problem as no response is seen in last 13 days. No one even contacted us for this issue. I can't believe that this popular site can be such a big fraud. If you are not able to deliver my product then refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise I will be forced to file a complaint against you. My order no. is [protected].
