[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — False information on web product site | |||||
I had ordered an automatic gas stove from snapdeal order id: [protected]. But i received a manual and a damaged product was delivered, as i put a request for return and refund there was dropbox with only one option so i selected the wrong product requested. However i have not yet received the refund. However snapdeal says damaged wasn't mentioned, i would like to remind them that they sent a sms before, mentioning that would call me up to find out about the product and arrange courier but that was not done instead i get a email requesting for self courier it which i have done Was this information helpful? | |||||
