[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — False information provided about the product and return policy | |||
I purchased a thermal billing printer from snapdeal. Before purchase i called the customer care and asked about the printer and they answered all the questions with YES. Based on this i ordered the same keeping in mind that if the product does not suits my business requirement it will be returned as per there policy. After i received the product i went through the instruction manual and found that it does not satisfy my need due to small paper size and poor print quality and no option to connect and print through POS system. There is neither an option to change the configuration for billing currency and other things. Was this information helpful? | |||
