I had received a faulty handset (micromax canvas a1 order ID: [protected]) on 01/03/2016 and submitted for a replacement on the same day, the reason being the phone was not picking up network signals properly. I had even received a call from them on 06/03/16 stating that they would be sending someone to pick it up for replacement, but no one has showed up until now as on 10/03/16.
When i opened up the website to check for the replacement status it said there that the seven days replacement policy has ended and i would not be able to replace it now even though i asked for a replacement on the very day it was delivered.
I would like them to atleast respond after so many days and kindly replace or refund my order. Was this information helpful? |
