I purchased a sony powerbank 10000mah worth 645rs from snap deal in diwali offer. 16 oct the parcel reached in dat the sony powerbank was there bt it was duplicate made in china than also i didnt return dat itz ohk bt itz nt been a month also and the powerbank isnt working onky light flashes bt itz unable to charge, in the features there is written 3months replacement warrenty bt the snapdeal does not provide any consumer phone number to complain properly not the seller has mentioned his phone number in the invoice.I want my money back and these both to pay me back Was this information helpful? | |||||
