[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Faulty infocus mobile

The mobile phone received through courier is faulty. We are not able to switch on the mobile phone. Customer care guys and girls are promise to send the engineer to check the product and to take it back . As off know no body has come to collect the product . Please take back the product and refund the money immediately.


We have been calling the customer care daily since we received the product. Nothing has been done till date.Please take back the product and refund the money.

So sad to say snap deal team I send you all information then also I am not getting My True IMEI number I am living In North East Assam .I don't have Idea about all this then also i sending you box IEMI NO BIll No Phone IEMI NO I gve u lot off msg to Your team they steel telling me we will connect with you give you update. Now 4 day a go now also your team not giveing me any ans they steel tllling we are working .. your systemis too slow u can't find my order number i wish I never aver Buy any Think from snap deal your system total LUl
