[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — FCUK Red Dress/Not picking up the item after return has been created. | |||||
Hello Team, I ordered a dress order id - [protected], sub-order no.[protected]. The request for return has been created thrice but the order has not been picked from my address due to fake status updates by the pick-up man that I don't want to return the product. However, I have told very clear that I want to return the product to the Snapdeal customer care. Everytime I call them they say that order will be picked up in 2-3 days and no one calls or come to place to pick up the item and same status by courier man is updated. This whole thing has taken 2 weeks and item is still with me till date. Please find the reference numbers 40687807and 40585641, they have given me for the reschedule of pickup. Kindly look into the matter as it has become really painful and time consuming. I want the refund as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
