we ordered for ssr flip cover for samsung galaxy on7 golden
but snap deal had delivered 31/1/2016 the wrong product J7 flip cover

on 01/2/2016 we requested for the reverse pick of the wrong parcel that we received to snapdeal

but till date 20/02/2016 no reverse pickup by the snap deal company
so please take neccessary action against the company.
