[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Foot massager | |||||
I had ordered a foot massager during the Diwali Sale in snapdeal. I received the product in damaged condition. I immediately raised a replacement request online and returned it to them. After 10 days, they have delivered me the same damaged product stating that the product hasn't passed their Quality Check. I tried reaching out to their customer support team; but because the product is in delivered status, I couldn't raise a further request and I have ended up losing the 5K money without any use as I am not able to use the product.
