order no. [protected]. sabse pahle to mujhe milton ka wrong model deliver kiya gya. Uske baad jab maine return krne ke liye kiya to bola gya ki pickup 24 se 48 ghante me ho jayega lekin ni kiya gya pickup. jab maine customer care se baat kiya to jhutha promise deke bola gya ki shaam ko pickup kr diya jayega lekin ni hua.. aisa kai baar try krne ke baad bhi pickup nahi kiya jaa rha hai... mere sath fraud kiya gya hai.. kripya mera refund karwaya jaay...

Good evening Sir
My order I'd [protected], Nbox blutooth speaker, it was defective product i received, i placed return as per your instructions, today came pickup person came today at my house, he is receiving item but not updating item details in the mobile, i am asking to him, I want acknowledgement like sms or any thing, he said not possible, i want to take my product, after that evening will receive SMS, i said this is wrong, not possible, i want immediate acknowledgement, he is don't want give give acknowledgement and not trying to update item details in the mobile, he told i took item now thats it, i said no sir, i want acknowledgement, telling me, i don't want to pickup your item, you do what ever you like and give complaint on me. He is behaving like this

He is trying to theft my return item, he is don't like to enter my item details in the mobile immediately sir, he is not giving any kind of acknowledgement, he checked everything, he said ok good, taking the product but not updating item details, i will go to office then we will send the confirmation SMS, he is doing very wrong, please resolve the issue, take your item and refund my money immediately.

And Pickup person misguiding you as it is a wrong address updating you,
please kindly understand my issue, kindly resolve the issue as earlier,
