[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Fraud | |||
It's very disappointing and frustrating that my product American Tourister was picked up on15th oct'16, and till today there is no replacement done by snapdeal, moreover i called up 4 times and every time was given the assurance, that we shall get back to you in a day or two but i never received any information regarding my product from your side. My calls to your call centre cost me Rs 500, moreover what mental stress i go thru you are not bothered..But now I'm not going to sit and wait, either send my product(medium size ) in a week or I'm going to consumer court to file a case against the company and also going to put up this matter on social media .
