I ordered VR gear box which was found to have some missing parts. Delivery was on 19 Oct'16 and i filed return xomplain on 21 Oct but their app keep shoeing me errors after filling bank info. So i turned to their automated call to return the same. They assured me that return is filed and delivery will be attempted. But no mail or sms was sent for the same. So i tried for 2-3 days and 3-4 times each day doing the same and they tell me the same thing that money will be sent to your bank account. I do have their recording and error on app and now they are saying that they cant help me and asking me what to do now. This is pure fraud
