I have ordered a micromax x352 handset which was delivered successfully when I opened it I found a set having too many scratches on display screen looking like used product... When I complaint for replace ... It has been more than 12 days n now they are saying imei is mismatching ... What is this... How can a imei can mismatch as I have sent same product to them ... They guys have cheated ... As engineer came to my house and taken imei number not from mobile but from external box... What kind of service is this... Plzzzz help... I m a victim of this fraud... Too much mentally harrased by these... As I have paid full money ... Plzzz help... My last hope is u guys...

I really don't understand why sellers try to cheat online? What do they earn except bad reputation?
I fail to understand this mentality. This is a basic problem with online sites, they violate the trust of the customers.

My order No is "[protected]" and i have order this product before 13 days but till date i have not received this. Every time its showing under process. Please let me know when i get this product. This is very poor support.
