Order ID: [protected] i have raised replacement/return request .. and you have taken mobile after 17days u have sent same mobile... You have given replacement time 4-7 days but you have sent after 17 days. I have asked you to refund my money as the given time was over through online chat and email also. Even now the mobile is not in good condition, battery back up is worst. voice is also not clear while making calls & signal problem is there. you have sent me the same mobile after removing my screen guard which costs Rs. 500. This is also a loss for me.. i asked you to refund my money but there is no response from you. I was without mobile for 17 days waiting for you. You have sent me used mobile in not working properly. in replacement also you have sent me the same mobile. As you have exceeded the given time i need compensation for that. I will raise complaint in consumer forum and i will go to media (national channels). I will explain the fraud happening in Snapdeal website.
