Dear Concern,
I have a acoount in Snapdeal With name of Gaurav House, I have just started 2 months back.
I got a multiple orders of high value product Suit Worth Rs 3000 from same customer and i dispatched on time as well but after delivery customer raise complaint with her orders that she dont like it and returned back 200 Rs cheap suit which is not belongs to me.
So, i raised complaint to snapdeal, i got a call from them stating that you have to raise dispute after 2 days where i raised com[plaint on same day. Now i updated the system with return acceptance(because i thought that i got the parcel so i should update accpeted and as per snapdeal guy i can raise complaint after 2 days.
Now Snapdeal is not helping me out, not even they bother to verify the case, and clearly denying to help me because i have update the panel with acceptance.
I am new seller and the team is not ready to help, just copy paste reply all the time.
Snapdeal is not even checking that what the customer is doing but they just calling me again nd again just to close the ticket so that they will not got burden of open ticket.
I got a call when i register the complaint but the person also didnt tell me not to update system with acceptance.
I have raised complaint on time after knowing complete case as well no body is helping me . customer is doing fraud and she has no loss but after loss of around 8000 rs still no one is helping,
New company club factory is better than you atleast they know the pain of seller and everyone support,
Pathetic seller service you guys have
