I have purchased JBL T150A Pure Bass Earphones With A Mic In Ear Sound Wired from snapdeal. but I got the wrong product (JBL C100SI Wired In-Ear Headphones with Mic). I have called the snapdeal customer service and they had assured me that they will give me a replacement. I have returned that product and waiting for a replacement, but I haven't gotten any replacement yet. I again called customer care, customer care executive not responding properly.
