[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Fraud snapdeal! Fake nike shoes received and they rejected return or refund

I want to bring to everyone's notice that i received fake nike pegasus 33 shoes worth rs 7000/- from snapdeal. I have another pair of similar shoes that i bought from nike store. I even took these to the store and they said these are fake.

When i raised a return request, they said the return failed quality checks. I have had several problems with snapdeal before like late delivery and illiterate customer care staff but i never complained. This time i am losing rs 7000 because of no fault of mine.

I have called more than twenty times and even emailed them at :

[protected]@snapdeal.com

And [protected]@snapdeal.com

And [protected]@snapdeal.com

But never got a response

I think these guys just dont care how loyal their customers are and how to treat them well. Also, i had only tried the product and kept it back as it is. This is cheating because these guys know the product is fake.

This is the email they sent me:

I want my refund!!!

This is just the beginning. I am going to flood mine and my friends' facebook, twitter, linkedin etc with your cheap tricks and explain how my product is a duplicate product!!!

Edit: i received another email saying they will not return my product or money at all and they have blocked my snapdeal account

Also they don't respond to this email id [protected]@snapdeal.com

I am going to the consumer court and hiring a lawyer if this is not resolved immediately
