[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fraudulent activity

L lourdu from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

I'm received empty parcel so i'm immeditaly contacted them and they registered complaint and request to me wait next 7 days but already now 2 weeks after but still not refunded my money. When i receive call from snapdeal but they again again again request me wait next 24 hours so totally now 3 weeks after. Also very very bad customer support.
