I have booked the free foot loafers. The id is [protected]. The message i received today shows that the item was delivered at 7 pm. 2 to 6 pm i was away. By 6 pm i arrived. But the item was not delivered as mentioned in the message. I enquired about this with my neighbours. Nobody received the item. Kindly track the item and deliver it to me or cancel the item and make the refund.
