[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Full Refund amount not credited back | |||
I had ordered from snapdeal on 27th October 2014 with the order no.[protected] its been more than 2 months and I still haven't received the full amount of the items I returned. I don't understand how just half of the total amount can be refunded and every bloody time I call the customer care it's the same story "ma'am I will forward your request for refund ". I have already called 5 times and still no avail. No matter if it Mr.ratan tata investing or somebody else, snapdeal's bloody faulty refund policies will spoil anybody's name assosiated to this website. Was this information helpful? | |||
