How many times I sent a mail regarding my complain but you people are not bother regarding the same. I want reply of my mail and what is the status of my refund amount. Give me the reply asap. [protected] and refund complain no.13307334 This is to inform you that I was purchase mobile head phone on 3rd december 2014 after few days later I received on 9th december2014. But when I was to used the head phone I am not able to hear any sound. So I was giving a complain regarding the same. After few days later your representative came to my home and he collect the head phone. But that day to till date I am not getting my product in between I was written several mail regarding my complain but I am not getting any reply. So today I called to your customer care and spoke with Mr.Rounak his way of taking not good. I am explain him to my complain regarding my headphone. Then he told me yah 8th January2015 we received the product then I react no I got the conformation mail to received my product on 21st december2014. After that he said to me what do you want you want to refund your money or replace your product . So i told him to refund my money in my credit card then I asked to him till me any specific time how many days to take for refund my money. And he told me that I didn't know this type of representatives hire to your company this types of peoples make a negative perception or negative image regarding your business or company brand. Please give the training to those people how to talk and solve the customer complaints. So I need specific time when I will get my money in my credit card account asap.
