[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Gleam rucksack | |||||
Hi, I purchased a rucksack for Rs 2000 which was delivered on 15th Mar. I used it for carrying clothes for a 4 day trip. The bag got torn from near a shoulder strap. In just 2 days of handling and 2 days in hotel, no actual trek. Now there is no way to complain on snapdeal other than their standard faq and few more options which to this issue are irrelevant. Can someone please look at this one and have the bag replaced, am totally disappointed with the quality and more so with the difficult way snapdeal has for complaint receipt.
