[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — got defective and duplicate product | |
My order ID is [protected] I ordered RayBan sunglasses but I got defective item and I returned product but they send me the same product again Said quality check is failed. How it is possible the item right glass is completely tempered AMD has a big scratch on lower side even a blind can see it. What is ur quality check criteria.?
