Snapdeal.com — Harassments by www.snapdeal.com by sending wrong product and not refunding. | |||||
They sent wrong printer which is TMU220D which doesn’t has Ethernet port. I had raised request for return on 8th March 2016 to pick the product and refund my money. I got couple of calls from Snapdeal to confirm the reasons for return request. Even they offered me deal to take product by some discount which I rejected it because this product is of no use to me. They asked me to send images of printer, its code, etc. I sent photographs on 14th March which clearly shows wrong product got delivered. I called snapdeal call centre 7 times and every time they told me it will be resolved in 24 hours but there is no single communication from snapdeal. Till today (24th March) I have not received any communication on my refund. This shows arrogance and who care attitude of snapdeal.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had received call from snapdeal next day after raising this complain. The lady on the call requested for 48 hours and she assured me that issue will be resoled in 48 hours. Its 6th day and I have not received communication from Snapdeal for refund.
