I am Sudipta Halder Ex- Air force person ordered a smartphone(Le Eco Le2) on snapdeal.com on 23/01/2017 order no-[protected] which is prepaid.It was supposed to deliver on or before 25/01/2017 as A gold member of their policy.Its been 12 days I didn't receive the product and I cannot even track.they provided a wrong tracking number- JVLSD[protected]Vulcan express couriers) .I informed the same through snapdeal customer care but their response is not at all satisfactory.I called them every day they put me on hold for minimum 15 mins and they says it will be delivered within 24 hrs.Every time I call their answer is static "it will be delivered within 24 hrs".They don't even declare any reason for the delay.I never received any update via mail or message regarding the product delivery.Whenever I speak to the customer care I will get an automated message saying it will be delivered by 25th, jan. I have planned to gift for my wife on behalf of our marriage anniversary finally I couldn't . Who will compensate my inconvenience.On 27/01/2017 I spoke to customer service manager Mr. Abdul Aziz he told we are looking after the issue it will be resolved within 24 hrs and I asked him to register the complaint he did and gave the complaint number which is[protected].Its been 9 days no information from any of the snapdeal representative after that conversation.I feel harrassed after paying in advance, Snapdeal cheated me with wrong tacking number and irresponsibility.
I request Consumer Forum to look after the issue and take stringent action against snapdeal for cheating people for false promises.
My questions for them are,
1.Why they could't deliver in specified time promised by snapdeal
2.why they provided wrong tracking number(JVLSD[protected] vulcan couriers)
3.why are they not giving any information of the product update.
4.why a customer should call repeatedly after paying for the product in advance.
5.why customer care is working when they cannot say what is happening actually.
6.Can snapdeal bring back my memory or happiest moment that I planned to gift the product on behalf of our marriage anniversary.
7.What kind of justice and compensation can snapdeal give me for their inconvenience.
8.My travel plan has failed because of this snapdeal drama as I had to move to kolkata for some important work along with my family.
9.This is a horrible and terrible punishment and pain given to me for choosing snapdeal .
10.They made me fool by taking my money in advance
I am attaching every detail with this.
I believe consumer forum will do justice for me.Thanking in advance
