[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Horrendous Customer Service. They should be renamed to SNATCHDEAL | |||
I had placed an order ([protected]) on 18th October 2014. The last updated status was on 18th October "Your order is received at warehouse and waiting for the courier pickup[protected]:09:29". The expected shipping date on website still shows 23rd October. I waited for two weeks for them to revert. But never heard from them. Then i spoke to them and wrote to them multiple times and all i was told was we are working on it, we have taken your case on priority, give us 48 hours, blaaaa blaaaa blaaaa... I even wrote to them on twitter marking tweets to Rohit Bansal and Kunal Bahl only to know that i was talking to deaf ears. The kept telling me the vendor has some issues whereas the same vendor is servicing on other competition websites. I am so troubled following up with them that i have decided NEVER to buy products from SnapDeal a.k.a SNATCHDEAL. Hope this complaint reaches to the investors also to know what they are investing in.
