[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — huge delay in refund | |||
Order id: [protected] Ticket id: 42941516 Product name: lg spirit h442 8gb black This was the first order placed by me in snapdeal.com I have been placed a order in snapdeal.com on 11 jul, 2017. It got delivered on 14 jul, 2017. I paid for a new mobile phone but i got a used mobile, i got totally dissatisfied with snapdeal at that time. I kept a call and asked for refund within one hour of delivery on 14 jul, 2017. An engineer from snapdeal came to my home to check the product on 15 jul, 2017. Then pickup was taken after 2 days i. E., on 17 jul, 2017. 7 days/ week happen from 14 jul, 2017 till today. But still i didn't Got refund iam facing lot of trouble with snapdeal. But snapdeal says easy return policy in snapdeal.com, is this the way snapdeal adopts easy return policy. I have mailed and called many times but none responded. Was this information helpful? | |||
