[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I am complaining about refund amount of one cancelled item | |||||
I've ordered an phone (Price 9500rs) on 10th november. I've cancelled it on 14th november. On 15th they have initiated my refund amount. However i did not get my amount till now. I am sending mails and calling customer care continously but no satisfactory reply. I've sent mail including my bank statements two times. But they are only saying we are checking we are checking. Fraud business they are doing No customer is important for them. They are only giving false hope while you are purchasing items. Once you are done. They will not bother about you.
