[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I am complaining about snapdeal fraud... They had cheated me many times | |
I had booked 2 products they sent me both of them but one product was cheap and bad quality when I received it I call them and they had closed the replacement and return policy ... I had requested so many time then they asked for bank details and I mentioned it in apps also by mail but they said replacement policy is closed we can't return or replace it.. Next product they sent me a different one I sent them images and mails also they said they ll send me the original product which I had booked after so many days I got the same product which they delivered me earlier... I have all things .. I requested them many time but they don't care about it.. They are cheated on me .. Kindly help me out Was this information helpful? | |
