[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — i am complaining about the boat bassheads 200 earphones that i bought in january 2019 and claim its warranty services

I bought a boat bassheads 200 earphones worth rs. 499 from snapdeal on 18th jan 2019. Initially, the product was good but since the last one month, the sound quality has degraded and sometimes it gets imbalanced in both buds.
Due to bad sound quality, it causes sometimes ear pains and headache problems.
There is no any kind of physical damage and wear tear. I want to claim my warranty and get it replaced with a new product as soon as possible
