I had ordered a kitchen weighing machine which when opened was broken.it was collected back by the representative. However I have still not received any replacement or the refund just getting this reply after contacting customer care Return Update: We are working on your return request for Ultimate Electro... and will get back to you at the earliest with a resolution.
