[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — i am complaint about my return request closed and not responding by email.

I have baught a one plus 3 mobile phone from snapdeal but i got a defective product which is getting off repeatedly in some minutes. I have raise a refund request but after 3 days i have rceived an email which has said that their service engineer is unable to contact me while i have not got any such type of call, and they closed my return request i am unable to contact him by call. I have made payment by credit card.
Pls solve my issue and help to refund my payment.

Updated by revaram patel I have talked to seller about this he said he will repair phone but i dont wnt to repair i want to refund my money.
