[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I didn't get my refund

I order one thing one snapdeal and pay 2007₹ and after few days i cancel my order and they says me that they refund my amount bt today it has been 10 days since i didn’t get any refund and they says me that they did refund... My order id is [protected] and i ask them that when i’ll get my refund then they says that we given u refund bt till today i didn’t receive my refund Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Aug 04, 2018 Updated by Mit_shah9898 Whenever I send them mail they says that they will give in 7 days and today’s it has been 11 days n I didn’t get refund, so please give me my money back. Could anyone from snapdeal help me to sort out refund issue which you guy credit into another account and it also debit from there . and I am still didnt get refund. and you guys continously sending automated email of refund without understanding issue. complain id# Order ID: [protected] Reference number: 49382081
